Online counselling and therapy lets you explore any area of your life with a professional counsellor through weekly one-hour sessions — from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Sessions take place by video call or phone, giving you the same quality of support as an in-person session without the need to travel.

- Couples and families seeking online couples therapy or family counselling together
- NRIs and Indians living abroad looking for counselling in their language and cultural context
- Individuals who are more comfortable speaking from their own environment
Individual sessions are available by video call or phone. Couples and families are encouraged to opt for video sessions so that both partners or all family members can participate together.
What to keep in mind
- On booking, you will receive a confirmation on email and WhatsApp with your counsellor’s contact details and appointment information
- For video sessions, your counsellor will share a secure link in advance. For phone sessions, you call your counsellor at the scheduled time
- Sessions are one hour long — if you join late, you lose that time
- All sessions are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST)
- After your first session, all subsequent appointments are arranged directly with your counsellor
- The fee for your first session is collected in advance. We recommend paying for 3 sessions at a time after that for convenience
- Please ensure you are in a quiet, private environment for the duration of your online session
- To reschedule, inform your counsellor at least 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows or last-minute rescheduling
