Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Refunds are issued if there is an issue with the booking, ie, payment deducted but booking is not confirmed, or when the booking is confirmed but the counsellor is not available for any reason.
Cancellations of appointments are not possible and are not refunded.
Rescheduling of the appointment is allowed if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
For ‘no shows’, ie, if the person doesn’t show up for an appointment, there will be no refund issued.
Last minute cancellations or reschedule requests (less than 24 hours) will not be considered. No refund is issued in this case. If there’s any genuine medical emergency, the counsellor may take a call and give an alternate slot.
