Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We want to make sure your experience with TalkItOver is straightforward. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed
  • The booking was confirmed but the counsellor is unavailable for any reason

Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted and fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

No-shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.

Last-minute Changes

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be considered, and no refund will be issued. In the case of a genuine medical emergency, the counsellor may at their discretion offer an alternate slot.
