I am now honest with my feelings and have become emotionally healthier
Psychological counselling has helped me immensely in many ways. Counselling helped me realize a lot about myself, things that I was not so sure about. It also helped me to know my areas of vulnerability which now helps me be cautious and consciously not fall into the same traps. Now I am able to be more independent and do more things on my own and not always depend on someone else. I used to suppress my emotions a lot and not let it out appropriately but through counselling I am able to be honest with my feelings and have become emotionally healthier than before. On the whole, the counselling process has been more of an eye opener journey for me towards becoming a better person.
