Train the Trainer Program

This programme trains internal facilitators who can then deliver POSH awareness sessions to their local teams. For large organisations, this approach enables faster, more cost-effective compliance across multiple locations and hierarchies.

Programme outline

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Clarify behaviours that constitute physical, verbal and visual harassment
  • Define harassment, bullying and retaliation
  • Facilitate and deliver the ‘POSH Tool’ for employees and managers
  • Apply feedback on delivery and implementation skills
  • Explain the historical context of the Vishaka guidelines and the POSH Act, 2013
  • Guide employees on the procedures to report cases to the Internal Committee (IC)

The POSH Tool

Each participant receives a complete ‘Train the Trainer’ kit, including:

  • Audio-visual materials
  • Interactive presentation with facilitator notes
  • Case studies and role-play material
  • Activity sheets
  • IC Beginners’ Kit (process documents covering compliance requirements and procedures)
  • Reference material on the POSH Act, 2013
