Train the Trainer Program
This programme trains internal facilitators who can then deliver POSH awareness sessions to their local teams. For large organisations, this approach enables faster, more cost-effective compliance across multiple locations and hierarchies.
Programme outline
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Clarify behaviours that constitute physical, verbal and visual harassment
- Define harassment, bullying and retaliation
- Facilitate and deliver the ‘POSH Tool’ for employees and managers
- Apply feedback on delivery and implementation skills
- Explain the historical context of the Vishaka guidelines and the POSH Act, 2013
- Guide employees on the procedures to report cases to the Internal Committee (IC)
The POSH Tool
Each participant receives a complete ‘Train the Trainer’ kit, including:
- Audio-visual materials
- Interactive presentation with facilitator notes
- Case studies and role-play material
- Activity sheets
- IC Beginners’ Kit (process documents covering compliance requirements and procedures)
- Reference material on the POSH Act, 2013
