Program for managers

Managers play a critical role in recognising and preventing harassment at the workplace. When an employee raises a concern, the manager often acts as the first point of contact and carries responsibilities on behalf of the employer. Under the POSH Act, 2013, managers are required to actively foster a safe, respectful environment within their teams.
