Content outline
At the end of the session, participants will:
- Clarify behaviours that constitute physical, verbal and visual harassment
- Define harassment, bullying and retaliation
- Practice skills in facilitation and delivery of ‘POSH tool’ for employees and managers
- Receive feedback on delivery and implementation skills of the ‘POSH Tool’
- Receive ‘Train the trainer’ kit with the entire tool to implement modules on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace
- Explain the historic context of Vishaka guidelines and the anti-sexual harassmentact of 2013
- Know procedures to report harassment cases to the ICC
