The negative feelings are much less now

I’ve had several sessions with my counsellor. I have shared a lot of my positive and negative feelings thoughts and everything and I have changed to a better person! And counselling is really helpful! If I have more bad or negative thoughts or feelings I would go back to my counsellor and tell her everything and she will explain what’s happening with me! :)
