Town-hall awareness sessions for employees

As per the law, all employees at the workplace must be sensitised to what constitutes harassment and how to create a culture of respect. This session is designed to create awareness about specific behaviours that constitute harassment, even if harassment was not the intention. Often employees do not realise that a comment that they intended as a joke, could be harassment according to the law.
